The South Central Wisconsin Homes Inventory Watch
The inventory watch is a tally of the amount of homes listed in our current market compared to last years market. With it we can compare the amount of homes listed this year, the last 12 months of sales, the monthly absorption rate, and the months the market requires to absorb a property compared to last year's market.
Think of all of the homes on the market for sale right now as inventory. This spreadsheet allows you to compare the current market with the previous year's market and gives you a realistic grasp on how long you should be prepared to sit with your house on the market.
In the 'List Price Range Homes For Sale' column find the price range you have or are going to list your home in. Then simply follow it horizontally to the right to see what the data says.
