If there are any questions you have that are not answered here, please submit them to me through the Contact Me tab and I will do the necessary research to get them for you.

A: As your Realtor I will be working for your best interests. As an experienced negotiator you will have me negotiating on your behalf. I will be assisting you in finding and viewing properties that interest you. I will be writing up all of the paperwork and my company and I will be taking over legal responsibility of all transactions. If I thought a property was overpriced wouldn't you want me to have the legal right to tell you? I do Current Market Analysis' of properties to ensure you make the best legitimate offer possible when you decide to make on offer on a property you like.

A: An apartment that rents for $750 a month now will cost a renter more than $978 a month in 10 years! On average, the cost of rent is equal to or less than what a homeowner will spend each month on their mortgage. The Federal Reserve Board estimates that homeowners have a net worth of almost 36 times more than that of renters. Buying a home is an investment and historically homes and land have appreciated in value over the years. Typically at tax season you can deduct the amount a year you spend on interest on your loan. Basically when you rent you pay, pay, pay and get nothing in return.

A: You get the security of having a qualified Realtor handling your business. Selling a home is a costly and timely process and as your Realtor I will be investing a lot of my time and money in ensureing the sale of your home in a timely manner. I advertise your property through the MLS and several major websites including my own. I market your property to other Realtors and agencies. I network with other agents on a daily basis to ensure your property 'sticks out' in a group of homes. I put your home on a property tour that other agents attend, drawing yet more attention to your home. I also do the traditional advertising and marketing such as holding open houses, yard signs, etc.

A: Commissions are how I pay for the extensive exposure I can give your home through my marketing and advertising plan. Be this as it may, depending on the situation commissions are always negotiable.

A: Not at all. A common misconception is that if you are under a contract with an agent you will be obligated to buy a home under the contracts time frame. The contract is in place to protect you and ensure that you get what is fair to you in the transaction.

A: Typically the Seller pays for the commisions of both the Buyer's Agengy and the Seller's Agency. I look at it like a Buyer typically is saving up large amounts of money to purchase a home and seller's tend to have more money tied up in the appreciative value of their homes thus when a person is buying or selling throughout their lives they tend to be spending more money in one area vs another.
